Description of Service
PathOpen is a community-driven accessibility mapping and navigation tool. Accessibility information shown in the app is contributed by users and processed by automated tools, and is provided for informational purposes only.
PathOpen is not a substitute for professional accessibility assessment. Accessibility information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always exercise your own judgment and caution when navigating real-world locations, and do not rely solely on PathOpen for decisions affecting your physical safety.
User Contributions
When you upload photos, mark accessibility features, or submit feedback, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights. You grant PathOpen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and analyze content you submit for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
We may remove, edit, or decline to publish any submitted content, including content that is inaccurate, harmful, or violates these Terms, at our discretion.
Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false, misleading, or spam accessibility markers
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempting to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scraping or extracting data from the Service without permission
- Attempting to bypass any security or rate-limiting measures
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability

Termination
